Return & Refund Policy
Shop with confidence knowing your product is fresh, handmade and has never been used by another customer. To that end, due to the personal nature of our products, we cannot accept returns.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
If your product arrives damaged, please notify us by email/text within 72 hours (3 days) of receipt of the damaged product. Once notified, we will either replace the damaged product or refund the amount of the purchase. Such refund will be provided as a credit to the credit card or payment method used at the time of purchase. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping (if any) will be deducted from your refund.
