Shipping Information

As each product is carefully picked and packed by hand, these estimates can vary, particularly during busy times of the year. So if your order isn’t despatched straight away, don’t panic! We’re on it. In the event that we receive incomplete customer shipping information (e.g. no local contact phone number), order processing may take more time and shipments may be delayed.

Orders are shipped on business days only. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

We are unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched, so please ensure that someone is available at specified shipping address to accept your order. We do not accept any responsibility for lost items left by our courier as specified by you.


Shipping Rates & Times

For all orders placed after 10am, the following day is considered the first working day. Although we do our best to ensure all orders placed are processed, packed and dispatched on the day they are ordered, there are times where this may not be possible. 

Shipping charges are fixed for all orders at a flat rate.

For orders below $60, a delivery charge of $10 applies. Free for $60 and above! We have a minimum order of $15 for our products. If it is lower, the shipping rate will double to cover our costs. 

We do not deliver to offshore islands (including Sentosa), hotels, military bases or other restricted access areas (Jurong Island, etc).
